Dental Emergency

If you are having an after hours or weekend dental emergency, please fill out the following form and we'll respond as quickly as we can. If this is a medical emergency, please call 911 immediately or go to the nearest emergency room.

Please note, emergency dental treatment performed outside of normal business hours may incur a $250 fee in addition to the cost of any treatment completed.
